UK 12 MONTHS PROGRAMME
YOUR PRODUCT. OUR MARKET. A SHARED COMMITMENT TO COMMERCIAL GROWTH.
Entering the United Kingdom is not simply about introducing a product to a new country. It requires understanding consumers, competitive pricing, retail expectations and the decision-making processes of professional buyers.
Prime Market Bridge offers selected manufacturers a structured 12-month programme combining market research, consumer validation, real retail testing and targeted commercial development.
We do more than advise. We organise, test, document and actively present selected products to potential UK commercial partners.

BEFORE WE BEGIN — PRODUCT SELECTION
Before joining our 12-month programme, each manufacturer undergoes a preliminary assessment of their products, pricing, market positioning and production capacity.
Within five working days of receiving the complete documentation, Prime Market Bridge evaluates the product's initial suitability for the UK market and identifies any obvious commercial barriers.
This initial screening allows both parties to make an informed decision before starting the programme.
SEMESTER 1
CONSUMER VALIDATION & COMMERCIAL READINESS
Product and competitor analysis, UK pricing assessment and 100 individual consumer evaluations. We prepare a professional sales presentation and a documented commercial readiness report. At month six, we review the results with the manufacturer and agree on the strategy for the next phase.
SEMESTER 2
RETAIL VALIDATION & COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
We arrange product placement in three selected UK retail locations, with 90 days of observation at each and 12 scheduled checks in total. For suitable products, a Retail Activation Day provides direct customer interaction. Commercial outreach, buyer presentations and follow-up lead to a final distribution strategy.
RETAIL ACTIVATION DAY
For suitable product categories, Prime Market Bridge organises a professional Retail Activation Day at a participating UK retail location.
During a standard session of approximately five to six hours, an appointed promoter presents the product, explains its features and interacts directly with potential customers.
This activity allows us to collect additional feedback, assess customer interest and understand how professional product presentation can influence buying decisions compared with normal shelf exposure.
The results are documented and included in the manufacturer's commercial development report. Where a standard activation is not practical, an appropriate alternative activity may be agreed.
BUYER-FOCUSED STRATEGY
Prime Market Bridge identifies qualified UK buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail networks according to each product's category, pricing and market positioning.
Our commercial team prepares professional presentations in English and approaches selected operators through identifiable business channels, carrying out follow-up activities and evaluating any interest received.
Consumer research and retail testing provide valuable market evidence that can strengthen these commercial presentations.
Our objective is to introduce the right products to the right professional operators and identify opportunities for future supply agreements, repeat orders and distribution relationships.
5 DOCUMENTED UK COMMERCIAL PRESENTATIONS
Prime Market Bridge guarantees at least five targeted and documented commercial presentations to distinct, qualified UK operators. Each presentation is carried out through an identifiable professional channel and supported by follow-up activity.
The manufacturer receives a report identifying the operators approached, presentations completed, any responses received and potential commercial opportunities.
We guarantee five effective, documented presentations — not accepted meetings, purchase orders or distribution agreements.
At the conclusion of the 12-month programme, the manufacturer receives a comprehensive commercial dossier including the results of 100 consumer evaluations, market and pricing analysis, documentation from three retail locations and 12 scheduled checks, retailer feedback, the Retail Activation Day report, and details of at least five documented commercial presentations to qualified UK operators.
The dossier also includes an assessment of the commercial opportunities identified and recommendations for future market development and distribution.
